PLEASE READ FIRST:  This form will not work for any other purpose but to signup a man to be in AlaskaMen. The men do not have to be residents of Alaska in order to be included in AlaskaMen's publication.  You may also signup yourself. 

The information about the you in STEP #2 is optional, but we probably won't follow up unless we have at least a phone number or email address to confirm the validity of the suggestion.  Serious suggestions only please.  We will respect your wish to remain anonymous to the person if you so desire.
